Inhoudsopgave:
 •
Community health centers in Tanzania face challenges related to service delivery efficiency. A randomized controlled trial was conducted across ten randomly selected community health centers in Tanzania. Participants were randomized into control (standard practice) and intervention groups (enhanced training and resources). Patient flow data, resource usage metrics, and staff performance scores were recorded over a six-month period using standardised forms. The intervention group demonstrated a statistically significant $n = ar{x} ± SE$ improvement in patient throughput of 25% compared to the control group (p < 0.01), indicating enhanced operational yield. The randomized field trial confirmed that targeted interventions can effectively improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of community health centers, providing a robust model for future healthcare system improvements. Future studies should explore scalability and sustainability of these findings in broader regional settings to ensure widespread application.
