•
The effectiveness of community health centre systems in Senegal has been a subject of interest for policymakers aiming to improve public health outcomes. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative panel data estimation techniques for measuring adoption rates with qualitative insights from focus group discussions. The study utilised a Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) regression model to estimate the impact factors on centre usage. Panel analysis revealed an adoption rate of approximately 45% among the community health centres, indicating moderate engagement by the target population. The findings suggest that while initial uptake was moderate, there is potential for improvement through targeted interventions and policy adjustments. Policymakers are encouraged to focus on enhancing accessibility and affordability of services offered at these centres, alongside increasing awareness campaigns. Community Health Centres, Adoption Rates, Panel Data Analysis, GMM Regression Model Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
