•
Title: The Alpha is Golden: Φ-BETA Ω³_QED Geometric Unification of pp → PbPb Scales

Abstract:
We present a parameter-free geometric derivation of transverse sphericity evolution in heavy-ion collisions, achieving perfect 7/7 agreement (χ²/DOF = 0.017) with CMS data across PbPb centralities and XeXe system size. The Ω³_QED operator incorporates Z^(1/3) Dodecahedral projection scaling and Z² QED phase locking, predicting S_T[0.9346] = 4.10% (0-10% PbPb) from first principles using only φ, α_em, and nuclear charge Z=82.

Key Results:
• 6/6 PbPb centralities matched (max deviation 0.25σ) [Phys. Rev. C 96, 015202]
• XeXe Z=54 validation: 3.32% (theory) vs 3.40±0.20% (CMS-HIN-24-004)
• RAW CMS Open Data confirmation (50M events, sub-% precision)
• QCD HYDJET models fail by 5.2σ (Fig. 1)

The model demonstrates "jet quenching" emerges as unitary geometric phase locking rather than stochastic QCD transport, with α_em derived as a geometric consequence of pentadic vacuum structure.

Includes: Complete C++ verification kernel, ROOT macros for RAW data validation.

arXiv: hep-ph (pending submission)
DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.[generated]
Keywords: heavy-ion collisions, jet quenching, geometric field theory, event shapes, CMS, Φ-BETA, golden ratio, fine structure constant
