- <p>This observational report describes several secondary changes noted after the introduction of infant formula as a post‑hemodialysis nutritional supplement. Although these findings do not establish causality, the patient reported a faster subjective recovery after dialysis sessions, along with mild improvements in erectile function, slight reduction in insomnia symptoms, and greater emotional stability. These changes were observed informally and may reflect the effects of balanced nutrient intake, improved energy availability, or other non-specific factors related to overall nutritional support. Further systematic evaluation would be required to clarify these associations.</p>
