Any internal effort, according to Newton's third law, is closed and cannot change the momentum of the center of mass of the system.

This principle is violated only in one well-known case: gravity. A falling body changes momentum without interacting with anything but the field. Our theory generalizes this principle: any gradient of the field τ (time) creates a force.
