- <p><span lang="EN-US">The biology of <em>Tephritis postica</em> (Loew, 1844) is closely correlated to the genus <em>Onopordum</em>. In Poland, its only wild host plant is <em>O. acanthium</em>. The previous site of <em>T. postica</em> was recorded in Poland over 30 years ago in Ojców, in the Ojców National Park. This paper presents the first sites of <em>T. postica </em>in Lower Silesia</span></p>
