This report details the operational, engineering, and economic architecture required to establish a vertically integrated, 10,700-square-foot bio-manufacturing facility, specifically modeled for the Zamyn-Uud Free Economic Zone (FEZ) in Mongolia. The facility is meticulously engineered to process 50,000 avian eggshells daily, transforming a ubiquitous, zero-cost agricultural byproduct into high-purity Avian Eggshell Membrane (ESM) lyophilized powders. </p>
