- <p>This repository contains the data and associated materials from the study <strong>Gut Microbiota Mediates Local Kynurenine Pathway Activity Independently of Inflammation Through Host Micronutrient Absorption</strong>. The dataset was generated to investigate the role of the gut microbiota in host tryptophan metabolism and its implications for immunity.</p> <p>The repository includes 16S rDNA microbiome sequencing data, small intestine RNA sequencing data, colonic IDO1 expression levels, colon cross-section histology slides and cell quantification, metabolic profiling from different sample types (mouse feces, cecal content & tissue, plasma, allo-HCT patients feces & plasma), and metadata describing the experimental samples.</p> <p>Detailed methodological descriptions are provided in the associated manuscript.</p> <h3>Data Usage</h3> <p>The dataset is released for academic and research purposes.
