This study examines the impact of the New Labour Code on business<br>organizations and highlights the challenges faced during its implementation. The research focuses on the<br>perspectives of HR professionals regarding awareness, implementation status, and compliance challenges.<br>Primary data was collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to HR executives and managers. The<br>findings indicate that while the reform is viewed positively in the long run, organizations face difficulties such as<br>legal complexity, lack of trained personnel, resource constraints, and policy restructuring requirements.
