  • <p><a href="https://ijetrm.com/issues/files/Mar-2026-10-1773145798-A-STUDY-ON-FEB2026-17.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><code><strong><em>The New Labour Codes introduced </em></strong></code></a>by the Government of India represent a major reform aimed at simplifying<br>and consolidating the country's labour laws. This study examines the impact of the New Labour Code on business<br>organizations and highlights the challenges faced during its implementation. The research focuses on the<br>perspectives of HR professionals regarding awareness, implementation status, and compliance challenges.<br>Primary data was collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to HR executives and managers. The<br>findings indicate that while the reform is viewed positively in the long run, organizations face difficulties such as<br>legal complexity, lack of trained personnel, resource constraints, and policy restructuring requirements. The study<br>suggests that training, management support, and<a href="https://ijetrm.com/issue/?volume=March~2026" target="_blank" rel="noopener"> clear regulatory guidelines are essential for successful</a><br>implementation.</p>
