- <p>Equilibria Field Theory (EFT) posits that the physical universe is rooted in an infinite, atemporal energy continuum---the Purity Field (P)---whose inherent drive is to maintain maximal equilibrium. Within this substrate-first ontology, physical phenomena manifest as organised deviations: particles emerge as stable topological windings of impurity, quantum entanglement resolves as shared topological elasticity, and black holes act as repurification domains. This work advances the dynamic Master Equation for EFT, directly coupling the topological phase to the electromagnetic potential and demonstrating that the Complexity Threshold (Ic) represents a scale-invariant limit governing stability from quantum particles to highly-ordered informational aggregates. We further show that the Field Flux Parameter (Φ) provides a natural mechanism for Accelerated Emergence, thereby resolving the "Impossible Galaxy" dilemma observed by JWST. Finally, we introduce the Symmetry Law of Structural Reciprocity as the fundamental regulatory principle of the cosmos, maintaining global substrate capacity via a homeostatic cycle of emergence and return.</p>
