- <p><span lang="EN-US">The article presents information on the relevance of the topic, the object of research, its purpose, materials and methodology, as well as the eco-geographical conditions of the soils of the Türkeş Depression located in the low-mountain area of the Autonomous Republic. In the main part of the study, the physical-geographical factors influencing the formation of the soil environment of the area, including degradation processes as well as natural and anthropogenic processes, were studied and analyzed, and the results were used in the agro-production grouping applied in soil evaluation.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">As a result, in order to ensure the efficient use of the soils of the Türkeş Depression under cultivated and natural vegetation, the implementation of organizational, engineering-technical, information-technological, and systematic measures aimed at improving the socio-economic conditions of the Autonomous Republic was considered appropriate.</span></p>
