•
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational experience, internship experience, and involvement in competitions on the work readiness of female Strata 1 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Mataram class of 2022. The study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The population was 621 students, with a sample of 87 respondents determined using the Slovin formula (10% margin of error). Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using logistic regression to test the influence of independent variables on job readiness as dependent variables measured in the form of categories (dummy). The results of the study show that organizational experience, internship experience, and involvement in competitions have a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of female students, both partially and simultaneously. This experience contributes to the development of communication skills, teamwork, leadership, understanding of the world of work, problem-solving skills, and resilience to pressure. These findings confirm that involvement in non-academic activities is an important form of human capital investment in increasing the readiness of female students to enter the workforce.
