•
Abstract
This paper proposes a radical re-evaluation of fundamental physical laws by replacing the concept of gravitational attraction with a Shadow effect (G=6.674) and Environmental Pressure (P=3.326). The author demonstrates that the Universe is an elastic medium where total energy is governed by a decimal harmonic constant: G + P = 10. By incorporating External Pressure into Kepler’s Third Law and Escape Velocity equations, the model explains galactic rotation curves without Dark Matter and resolves the 120-orders-of-magnitude Cosmological Constant Problem. The study further scales this numerical blueprint to molecular biology, identifying the 420-proton Ignition Point and the 13-21-34 proton pedometer of DNA.
