- <div> <div>We develop the Relativity of Information; a scalar-field cosmological framework in which information propagation plays the structural role of light in special relativity. A universal coherence speed c_T replaces c as the fundamental limit; the scalar information field S(x,t) couples minimally to Einstein gravity; and the accumulated entropy of irreversible quantum-to-classical transitions generates a pressureless dark residue Ω_DM ≈ 0.27 consistent with all CDM observations. Three merged papers: Paper I derives dark matter as thermodynamic informational residue from the scalar field work equation; Paper II establishes the relativistic structure of information propagation and the Informational Lorentz transformation; and the capstone — The Dialectical Geometry of Nature — derives the Penrose decoherence threshold from β = 3/2 and the cubic degree of the Weierstrass elliptic curve.</div> </div>
