The advent of 3D printing has introduced a paradigm shift, enabling precision, customization, and efficiency.</span></p> <p><strong><span lang="EN-GB">Materials & Methods:</span></strong><span lang="EN-GB"> This narrative review explores the integration of 3D printing in prosthodontics, highlighting methodologies, clinical outcomes, and future research directions. Relevant literature from 2010–2023 was analyzed to assess the impact of additive manufacturing on prosthetic design, workflow, and patient-centered care.</span></p> <p><strong><span lang="EN-GB">Results</span></strong><span lang="EN-GB">: 3D printing facilitates the fabrication of highly precise and customized prostheses, improves efficiency, enhances aesthetic outcomes, and allows patient-specific solutions. Integration with digital workflows streamlines treatment processes, while material advancements support functional longevity.</span></p> <p><strong><span lang="EN-GB">Conclusion</span></strong><span lang="EN-GB">: The adoption of 3D printing transforms the role of prosthodontists from manual artisans to technological innovators, marking a shift toward patient-centered, digitally integrated prosthetic care.</span></p>
