  • <div> <div>We report the first positive result on relational remanence in the oscillon program of the RCD 2.0 framework. After four convergent negative results in 1+1 dimensions — symmetric collision, structured environment, asymmetric potential deformation, and k-essence with finite beta — establishing that attractor rigidity is structural in one spatial dimension, we pass to 2+1 dimensions where angular degrees of freedom become available. A radial oscillon baseline confirms metastability (Gate 0). Controlled quadrupolar perturbations reveal a transient angular channel with no permanent mode (Gate 1b). Head-on and oblique collisions excite Q_2 to levels 58 times the radial baseline with spectral coherence SNR ~ 22, verified by dual independent trackers (Gate 2b). Ultra-long runs to 1000 oscillation periods for both b = 0 and b = 3 show that Q_2 does not return to baseline: the signal is well described by a transient component (tau ~ 250 T_osc) plus a nonzero late-time offset Q_{2,inf} ~ 0.014, more than 47 times the radial background, with spectral coherence persisting beyond 500 T_osc. The residue reproduces in both impact parameters, confirming robust long-lived angular memory induced by collision in 2+1 dimensions. Part of the Radial Coherential Dynamics (RCD) 2.0 program.</div> </div>
