-
This paper introduces the Natural Closure Principle within a structure-first framework of physics. All phenomena that admit interaction, representation, or observable consequence are treated as belonging to a single physically admissible domain. Apparent distinctions between categories such as “natural,” “supernatural,” or “meta-physical” are reinterpreted as differences in accessibility and constraint rather than separate ontological classes.

Admissible configurations are not intrinsically ordered. Apparent temporal sequence and dynamical relationships arise from the ordered registration of accessible configurations under constraint. Persistence of structure is further determined by the coherence of routing within accessible pathways.

This formulation removes domain ambiguity while remaining consistent with established physical theories, providing a unified basis for interpreting observability, ordering, and system behaviour within a single constrained structural system.
