- <p>This paper presents a systematic review of campus placement management systems and digital recruitment platforms. It analyzes existing research and technologies used in placement systems, highlighting their features, advantages, and limitations. The study identifies key challenges such as lack of real-time communication, poor user experience, and limited integration capabilities in current systems.</p> <p>Based on the identified research gaps, this paper proposes Training&PlacementHub, a cross-platform application designed to streamline campus recruitment processes. The proposed system leverages modern web technologies to provide efficient student management, recruiter interaction, and real-time notifications.</p> <p>This review aims to contribute to the development of more efficient and scalable placement management solutions in educational institutions.</p>
