  • <p>This version fixes the next published-layer mechanism milestone from the Trinity computational longevity-discovery pipeline. Claims #87-#98 establish an exact operational plateau for native fracture-state admission, orthogonal replication of the target TOP3A/RMI2/CCDC69 family in the published huMAP3 confidence catalog plus raw pair table, selectivity and explicit taxonomy of the analyzable published split-family background, the absence of any coherent non-veto branch, the position of the target family as the unique saturating apex of the coherent veto branch, a strong-core decomposition in which the target family becomes the unique strong-core switch case while the only other strong-core family remains buffered away from veto collapse, a unique published preserved-partial-veto outsider-arm signature, and an explicit arm-polarized switch axis in which CCDC69 remains preserved, TOP3A becomes partial, and RMI2 becomes the veto gate. This package contains the milestone report, claim documents, phase reports, summary tables, family tables, source files, the fracture-aware generator source, and the published huMAP3 input-derived analysis outputs used for orthogonal replication and arm-signature analysis. This is a computational discovery package and not a completed causal validation study.</p>
