-
We derive all seven nuclear magic numbers (2, 8, 20, 28, 50, 82, 126), the universal endpoint of natural radioactive decay chains (lead, Z=82), and the predicted upper stability limit (Z=120) entirely from the geometry of the structured vacuum with 23 channels and icosahedral symmetry group A₅. The Euler identity 2V+A+F=82 identifies lead as the unique topological closure of the dodecahedral cell. A combinatorial binding energy law BE_extra = C(n,2)·√23·mₑ reproduces alpha-conjugate nuclear binding energies with errors below 0.25% and zero free parameters. Beta emissions in all natural decay chains are shown to occur in multiples of N_temp=2, consistent with paired temporal channel reorientation. The predicted upper stability limit Z=120 equals the order of the full icosahedral group Ih=2A₅, independently confirmed by relativistic mean-field models.
