It demonstrates that soft power serves as a strategic complement to traditional tools of statecraft, enabling Beijing to expand its presence in a sustainable and non-confrontational manner. The study offers a rigorous framework for scholars and policymakers to assess China’s evolving role and its implications for regional dynamics.</p> <p>تقدّم هذه الرسالة، بعنوان "القوة الناعمة الصينية ودورها في تعزيز النفوذ الصيني في منطقة الشرق الأوسط"، تحليلاً منهجيًا لأدوات الصين الثقافية والاقتصادية والدبلوماسية في تعزيز نفوذها الإقليمي. وتبيّن أن القوة الناعمة تشكّل أداة استراتيجية مكمّلة لأدوات الدولة التقليدية، ما يمكّن بكين من توسيع حضورها بشكل مستدام وغير تصادمي. وتوفّر الدراسة إطارًا منهجيًا دقيقًا للباحثين وصنّاع القرار لتقييم الدور الصيني المتنامي وتداعياته على ديناميات المنطقة.</p> <p> </p>
