- <p>This dataset contains all of the model output required to generate the figures in the manuscript "Seasonal Forecasts of pH and Aragonite Saturation for the Bering Sea Shelf". The model simulation was run using the Bering10K ROMS model and the BESTNPZ ecosystem model, release K20P19. Analysis code is located on the linked Github repository. </p> <p>B10k-K20P19/ contains the model CFS hindcast output for surface and bottom water pH and Ωarag.</p> <p>CFSR_BCOR/ contains the model reforecast output for surface and bottom water pH and Ωarag for the April and May initializations and the three ensemble members.</p> <p>BBRKC_Shape_Files/ contains the shape files corresponding to the Bristol Bay fisheries management region.</p> <p>In the main directory, there are also a number of post-processed Matlab files for calculated indices and statistical scores, which are calculated using the linked anlaysis code.</p> <p>This new version contains some additional post-processed Matlab files generated as part of manuscript revisions. </p> <p> </p>
