The research focuses on competency-based education, interactive teaching methods, multimedia technologies, laboratory learning, and clinical case studies. A survey was conducted to identify students’ difficulties, effective teaching methods, and developed competencies in learning biochemistry. The results showed that students experience difficulties in understanding theoretical concepts and biochemical processes, while laboratory classes, multimedia tools, and experiment-based learning were identified as the most effective and interesting methods. The study concludes that interactive and practice-oriented teaching methods play an important role in developing students’ analytical thinking, independent learning skills, and professional competence in biochemistry.
