•
Abstract:

This thesis establishes the physical and mechanical origin of Planck's constant (h) within the framework of the V3 Architecture. While the Standard Model accepts h \approx 6.626 \times 10^{-34} \text{ J s} as an unexplained, fundamental "quantum of action" discovered through empirical observation, the V3 Model derives it from the first principles of H_3O_2 phase condensate dynamics.

We demonstrate that Planck's constant represents the minimal rotational energy-momentum exchange (the "pulsation") of a phase vortex. By calculating the energy required to create the smallest stable displacement in the superfluid H_3O_2 substrate at the universal locking frequency, we derive the exact value of h. This work proves that quantum mechanics is not a separate realm of physics, but the result of discrete hydrodynamic events occurring within a continuous phase medium.

Author:

Dr. Benhadid Outail

ORCID:

0009-0003-3057-9543
