-
Within the framework of the Fractal Quantum Holographic Paradigm (FQHP), a modification of the Trojan–Hopfield–Zi (THZ) action is proposed, introducing two channels of information transfer: rendering (speed of light c) and information processing (effective speed V_eff). It is shown that quantum entanglement can be interpreted as the propagation of perturbations in the information field χ with a finite speed V_eff, which does not require violation of causality. The value V_eff ≈ 1.76·10^63 ops/s is derived from the Lloyd bound and the scale hierarchy of FQHP. The coupling constants in the modified action are fixed through the ternary code of the number 720896. Testable predictions are presented, and limitations of the model are discussed.
