The research aims to bridge the gap between students' career interests and industry demands by leveraging data analytics through Power BI. Primary data was collected via structured surveys distributed to 200 graduates, analyzing their post-graduation plans, industry preferences, and skill development goals. The findings reveal that 44.76% of graduates prioritize employment, while 39.05% opt for higher studies, with IT/Software Development emerging as the most preferred industry(50.48%). Technical skills dominate students' skill development goals, highlighting a strong inclination toward tech driven careers. The study underscores the need for targeted interventions, such as enhanced career counselling, industry-academia collaborations, and skill development programs, to align student aspirations with market requirements. The use of Power BI demonstrates the effectiveness of data visualization in transforming career exploration into actionable insights. By addressing skill gaps and fostering a supportive ecosystem, this research contributes to improving graduate employability and regional economic growth.
