  • <p>This dataset accompanies the study <em>“Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice on Antimicrobial Use among Dairy Farmers in Zaria, Nigeria".</em> It includes three supplementary files designed to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and adherence to reporting standards:</p> <ol> <li> <p><strong>Supplementary File 1 – Questionnaire Instrument</strong> The complete survey form administered to dairy farmers and milk product vendors in Zaria, Nigeria. The instrument captures demographic information, as well as knowledge, attitudes, and practices related to antimicrobial use in livestock and milk production.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Supplementary File 2 – Raw Data Tables (Processed Answer Sheets)</strong> Frequency distributions and response percentages derived from the questionnaire. Data are organized into thematic sections (General Information, Knowledge, Attitudes, Practices) to correspond directly to the survey instrument.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Supplementary File 3 – STROBE Checklist</strong> The completed STROBE (Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in Epidemiology) checklist, documenting compliance with international reporting standards for cross-sectional studies.</p> </li> </ol> <p>All materials were collected with ethical approval (ABUCUHSR/2022/29). Written informed consent was obtained from participants prior to enrolment. Participation was voluntary, responses were recorded anonymously, and data were analysed solely for academic purposes.</p>
