- <p>Abstract This paper provides the definitive mechanical proof for a scale-invariant, inductive universe. By refuting the traditional application of \pi as a stagnant scalar and reintroducing it as a Helical Exponent, we reveal the synchronized transmission that drives the "Continuous Big Bang."</p> <p>Through the derivation of the 2.87 Gear Ratio, this study demonstrates that the Cosmic Microwave Background is not a remnant of a past explosion, but the active "Galactic Hum" (input frequency) of the Milky Way.
