contents <p>We present the first ξφ²R hairy black hole satisfying NEC, Solar System tests to 10⁻²¹, and asymptotic flatness simultaneously. While the shadow deviates by only 0.018% from Schwarzschild, the Lyapunov timescale of photon orbits is 58% larger and saturates at τ/τ_Schw = 1.58 for |β| > 10⁻³ and φ_h = 0.02. This coupling-independent signature is robust against fine-tuning and testable by ngEHT Phase-2: a measurement of 1.58±0.1 confirms scalar hair, while 1.00±0.05 rules out φ_h > 0.01.</p>
