The Primus (≠) is introduced — the minimal fact of inequality without a carrier, space, or time — along with the P-field as an ensemble of indestructible distinctions. From three axioms, the following are rigorously derived: β=6 (three phases × two chiralities), N₂=21 via the combinatorial identity C(6,2)+6=21, the coherenton splitting mechanism, and the identification of dark matter as the ↺-sector. Main result: the baryon asymmetry η = 4/(7×11×21⁶) = 6.061×10⁻¹⁰ against the experimental value of 6.104×10⁻¹⁰ (accuracy 99.3%). Closes the main open problem of Article XI of the OTIS series.

https://coder.zeksel.ru/otis/index-2.html
