-
This paper proposes a novel physical mechanism termed "Kinetic Quantum Displacement (KQD)", asserting that time is not a fundamental background of the universe but a byproduct generated by the motion of matter. We define the principle of "Chronogenesis," where macroscopic motion induces fluctuations in microscopic quantum coordinates, resulting in the accumulation of infinitesimal energy—consistent with E=mc2—which manifests as the flow of time.

Furthermore, this framework is applied to stellar evolution to re-evaluate the nature of black holes. We demonstrate that within a black hole, the extreme inward gravitational force and outward quantum repulsion reach a state of perfect Gravitational Equilibrium (Net Force = 0). In this state, KQD events are suppressed, leading to "Chronostasis"—the cessation of time generation.

Ultimately, this research suggests that the impossibility of time travel is not an absolute law but a formidable engineering challenge involving the global recovery of dissipated KQD energy and the precise restoration of quantum coordinates. By providing a potential link between General Relativity and Quantum Mechanics, this paper offers a new paradigm for resolving the black hole information paradox and the arrow of time.
