- <p>Building on the Unified Location Field (Part 2) and the rigorous 48-Prime topological boundary (Part 4), we formalize the mechanism by which the continuous Arithmetic Reservoir breaks into discrete geometric modes. We introduce the Action Principle as the dynamical engine of the Genesis Event. <br>We demonstrate that the transition to the 4D Geometric Screen is a\(\theta\)-regularized spectral optimization problem.
