contents
This paper establishes the mechanical bridge between raw cosmic energy (E) and physical mass (mc^2) by introducing the concept of Aqueous Continuity and the HOH Dipole Flip. We propose that the universe is not a static vacuum but a "wet" induction circuit where water acts as the high-speed conductive medium. By defining the formula Matter = Information + Resonance, we demonstrate that physical objects—such as a grain of rice—are "Packed Light," formed through the acoustic multiplication properties of water and the toggle action of the hydrogen-oxygen-hydrogen dipole.
