-
This paper introduces the ”Ueda Equation” for the Revolutionary Index w, a

mathematical framework defining political stability as a dissipative structure. We

demonstrate that state power is not an intrinsic force but an adaptive resistance

to external environmental shifts (s). By formulating state power through the ratio

of economic growth (Q′

) to structural vulnerability (D = dQ/ds), we reveal that

systemic collapse becomes a physical necessity when adaptive efficiency fails to com-

pensate for environmental acceleration (s

′′) and the loss of psychological shielding

(H). We validate this model through historical transitions where all components of

the stability index concurrently turned negative.
