- <p>Paper 49 of the Fibonacci Causal Loop Theory (FCLT) series pre-registered two predictions against Majumdar et al. (Nature Physics 2025). P49a predicted the peak Wiedemann-Franz violation factor at the Dirac point would satisfy δ < 0.05 against φ¹¹ ≈ 199.005. P49b predicted σQ = 4e²/h would show no φ-structure, being fully explained by 4-fold spin-valley degeneracy. P49a is falsified: the full paper reports a peak of ~300, yielding δ = 0.507 against φ¹¹. The pre-registration was made in good faith against abstract language “>200 times”; the full paywalled text reports “nearly 300.” P49b is confirmed: σQ is fully degeneracy-driven with no φ-residual, exactly as FCLT predicted. Both outcomes are reported without reinterpretation. The pre-registration timestamp predates this analysis.</p>
