- <p>Paper 3 of 3 in the SPACE S Model series. We present the complete Lagrangian formulation of a cyclic, non-singular cosmology with inter-universe coupling λ. Defining R₁₂(t) ≡ R₀a(t), we derive modified Friedmann equations and prove exact energy conservation: ρ₁a₁³ + ρ₂a₂³ + λM_P²R₁₂³ = const. Using Planck 2018 CMB data, we constrain λ < 1.02×10⁻²² J/m at 95% CL. The model predicts 8% suppression in the matter power spectrum at k = 0.1 h/Mpc, detectable by Euclid 2027 at 4.8σ. The tensor-to-scalar ratio r = 0.028 satisfies BICEP/Keck bounds. The theory is ghost-free, stable, and falsifiable per Popper's criterion.</p>
