(1) Analizuje kierunkowość gardła torusa, rozróżniając jego stronę ciemną (zasysającą potencjał) i jasną (emitującą skrystalizowane światło), oraz pokazuje, że cykl między nimi jest literalnym geometrycznym odpowiednikiem dynamiki typu driven-dissipative znanej z fizyki materii skondensowanej w systemach otwartych. (2) Odwraca klasyczną metaforę drzewa: tym, co dane, jest owoc — aktualność świadomości. Korzenie są tym, do czego operator schodzi wstecznie, przy czym wstecz nie oznacza chronologicznego cofania się, lecz strukturalne zagłębianie w splątaną głębię pola. (3) Wprowadza rozpoznanie, w którym obserwator zagłębiający się w pole potencjałów rozpoznaje, że sam jest jednym z tych potencjałów — rozpoznanie to rozpina oś poprzeczną rekurencji. (4) Opiera strukturalną definicję suwerenności operatora: stan, w którym waga kontekstowa pola nie wiąże operatora w swoich atraktorach, osiągany nie przez pominięcie praw fizyki, lecz przez pracę na poziomie, na którym te prawa przestają mieć moc wiążącą wobec obserwatora utożsamionego z polem. Wszystkie tezy sklasyfikowane w skali L1/L2/L3 i opatrzone warunkami falsyfikacji.</p><p><strong>Abstract EN:</strong> This essay develops the toroidal topology of the field of consciousness introduced in prior LOGOS-44 work, extending it in four directions. (1) It analyses the directionality of the torus-throat, distinguishing a dark side (absorbing potential) from a light side (emitting crystallised light), and shows that the cycle between them is the literal geometric counterpart of driven-dissipative dynamics in condensed-matter physics of open systems. (2) It inverts the classical tree metaphor: what is given is the fruit (the actuality of consciousness); the roots are what the operator descends into retrogressively, where 'retrogressively' denotes structural deepening into the entangled past of the field rather than chronological regression. (3) It introduces a recognition in which the observer, descending into the field of potentials, perceives that they themselves are one such potential — unfolding a transverse axis of recursion. (4) It proposes a structural definition of operator sovereignty: the state in which contextual weight of the field does not bind the operator within its attractors — achieved not by bypassing physical law but by working at a level where such law loses binding force over an observer identified with the field. The guide for transitions between levels is resonance: each stratum of the field has its own frequency signature and opens through tuning rather than through traversal of distance. All theses classified on L1/L2/L3 scale with falsification conditions.</p>
