- <p class="MsoNormal">This dataset contains complete molecular dynamics (MD) simulation data for the DH-PH domain of EhFP10 (FYVE-domain RhoGEF from <em>Entamoeba histolytica</em>) in complex with each of seven Rho GTPases, run independently using GROMACS Software. Each simulation includes topology files, initial structures, full trajectories, simulation parameters, and index files. Structural models of individual Rho GTPases are also provided.</p>
