- <p><em><span>It may be excessively intense to relocate to a new area, especially when estimating the cost of living there and the type of housing you can actually afford. It could be confusing to reflect on things like rent, food, lifestyle preferences whether they are basic, moderate, and luxurious. It typically creates poor financial planning for selecting property that isn’t actually within your approach. On the other hand, it may sometimes be challenging for property owners to find trustworthy tenants. In an effort to deal with this situation, this paper introduces a web-based consumer to consumer (C2C) platform. It incorporates a lifestyle-based cost estimation and a direct connection between owner and tenants based on variables like salary, location, housing, and lifestyle. Users can forecast their monthly expenses, and owners of properties can deal with rental requests and property entries. This platform, which was created with up-to-date online tools, enables decision-making, increased transparency, and a smooth rental process for all users.</span></em></p>
