  • <p>The rapid growth of digital technology has increased the demand for skilled programmers across all industries. However, traditional programming education suffers from fragmented resources, lack of structured learning paths, and insufficient practical exposure. This paper presents TechLearn, a web-based Interactive Coding Learning Platform designed to unify theoretical study, hands-on coding practice, quiz-based assessment, and gamified engagement into a single cohesive environment. Built using a modern MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), the platform provides structured course modules, an integrated multi-language code editor with real-time output, chapter-level quizzes, progress tracking, and a dynamic leaderboard. Testing across unit, integration, and system levels confirms functional correctness, stable performance, and a user-friendly interface suitable for beginners and intermediate learners alike. The results demonstrate that TechLearn significantly reduces the cognitive overhead of multi-platform learning and provides an effective, scalable foundation for modern programming education.</p>
