- MCP Graph Workflow is a local-first execution graph built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It converts product requirement documents (PRDs) into persistent task graphs stored in SQLite, integrates a retrieval- augmented generation (RAG) pipeline, and orchestrates multi-agent development workflows with deterministic phase gates, a composite Harnessability Score, and a task-level Model Router. The system is the subject of ongoing Master's research in Computer Engineering.
