The formula.</span></span></p> <p><span><span>The original formulation - F = alpha x (R/r - 1) - was a static property computed from Kerr horizon geometry alone. It described the source. It said nothing about the observer. That is the error. The principle IE-002 was always reaching for is fundamentally observer-dependent. The same merger produces different mode ratios depending on where you are standing when you measure it.</span></span></p> <p><span><span>The corrected IE-002 is not a measurement tool. It is a coordinate system.</span></span></p>
