The Bekenstein Bound, Vacuum Energy, and CMB anomalies are all validated. The only "jarring" part? The terminology. I call it "Substrate Logistics". To my defence the term "Substrate Logistics" is used here to emphasize the logistical management of information load. While unconventional, it is retained to preserve the semantic link to the Universal Stability Invariant. </p>
