Olympus DSX10-XLOB 20× objective, NA 0.4, 20 mm working distance, TV adapter 0.544×. Pixel size 0.1585 µm, 2048×1500 field, EFI (extended focal imaging) mode collapsing a 180 µm Z scan into two series: a 24-bit RGB texture map and a 16-bit height map. The CALIBRATION sub-volume (tag 20051) holds a 361-point linear (uint16, µm) lookup table mapping the height-map pixel values to absolute Z position. Provided to support regression testing of CellSensReader.java's calibration-function metadata handling for collapsed-EFI files.</p>
