- <p>We derive the Acosta Energy Conservation Law within the Structured Vacuum Theory TVS23, in which the universe is modelled as a finite dodecahedral elastic network V₂₃. Using Noether's theorem applied to the TVS23 Lagrangian — which has no explicit time dependence — we show that total energy partitions exactly into geometric confinement energy (fixed by the angular deficit δ = π/2 − 3·arctan(1/2) and the plastic constant ρ) and dynamic energy (matter, radiation, cosmological constant). The cosmological constant is derived from the channel structure: Λ = (4/23²)·2·137/R_H², giving 1.0996×10⁻⁵² m⁻² (observed: 1.100×10⁻⁵², error 0.03%). From this we derive Ω_Λ = 8α⁻¹/(3N²) = 8×137/(3×529) = 0.6906 (observed: 0.690, error 0.09%), and the exact ratio Ω_b/Ω_Λ = 0.0710. Cosmological redshift is not energy loss but internal transfer from electromagnetic radiation (E_CMB) to network curvature (E_Λ) via the 4 gravitational channels, closing a self-sustaining cycle. The universe is a closed system. Dark energy is not a substance — it is the elastic curvature of a finite dodecahedral lattice. Zero free parameters.</p>
