- Reproducibility code for the accompanying manuscript on cross-cohort calibration of conformal prediction for lesion-level SUVmax quantification in theranostic PET. Includes the conformal prediction infrastructure (split conformalised quantile regression, weighted conformal prediction with image-only and extended categorical features, support-overlap diagnostic, per-cohort split conformal recalibration, Calibration Shift Index), the Phase 2 within-replicate coefficient-of-variation reference pipeline, the Phase 3 four-mode evaluation driver, post-freeze sensitivity analyses, and the locked Phase 3 input parquets for AutoPET-I, AutoPET-III, and HECKTOR 2025. Pre-registration: OSF/4KAZN with twelve amendments.
