•

Within CPQ theory, we derive that the order of the critical acceleration of galactic dynamics a_c \sim cH_0 can be naturally linked to topological quantisation of the torsion field in a finite universe [1]. The construction connects the topological condition \oint T_\mu dx^\mu = 2\pi n with the finiteness of the universe (D_{max} = c/H_0) through the effective coupling of a test node to the global torsion background. The precise value a_c = cH_0/(2\pi) depends on two motivated ansatzes: an EFT coupling \kappa \sim 1 and a geometric projection factor 1/(2\pi). The result gives 92% agreement with the observed MOND value a_0 without fitting, reproduces the baryonic Tully–Fisher relation, and predicts an evolution a_c(z) = cH(z)/(2\pi) — testable with JWST and DESI. The construction uses neither dark matter nor modified gravity; flat rotation curves are interpreted as a consequence of the transition between two regimes of the CPQ matrix.

Porschová, A.
