-
We derive magnetic phenomena, the Zeeman effect, and neutrino masses from a single geometric framework: the Structured Vacuum Theory TVS23, where the vacuum is a discrete torsional network V23 with 23 helical channels and A5 symmetry. The magnetic field is identified as torsional density in the 19 transverse channels; the neutrino as a longitudinal standing wave in the 4 gravitational channels. All results follow with zero free parameters. Key results: (1) dipole field geometry r=C·sin²θ with critical angles at A5 symmetry axes, verified to 0.14 arcminutes; (2) discrete gradient maximum in Q(φ), resolving a √13 artifact of the continuum; (3) exact NMR quadrupolar isotropy from Ih symmetry; (4) longitudinal mode at v=c(1+α/23); (5) falsifiable resonance in icosahedral quasicrystals at 9.677 keV; (6) Landé g-factor and Zeeman splitting from the trefoil knot T(2,3); (7) neutrino masses m2=8.573 meV and m3=51.439 meV from Ry/23², with errors of 0.94% and 2.19% against NuFit 6.0.
