•
One ratio. One exponent. One self-closing limit. We propose that the master equation Freedom = (Perception / Distortion)^Alpha-Infinity governs every navigable substrate of physical reality — from photons in glass to granules under pressure to neurons under load to buildings under weather. Freedom is path availability. Perception is the observer's differentiating capacity. Distortion is the world's compounded resistance, always geometric, never additive. Alpha-Infinity is the self-closing exponent derived from the Lambert W function, reaching its critical wall at α_c = e^(1/e) ≈ 1.4447.

The architectural application of this theory is the Planta Smart Homes Seed: a 15 kg vacuum-sealed package that deploys a structural earth-geopolymer dwelling using local soil, alkaline activator chemistry, inflatable Kevlar formwork, vibratory compaction, and the PlantaOS ESP32-S3 building operating system. Target structural performance: 15–40 MPa compressive strength (Eurocode-compliant for single-storey). Target cost: €45–120/m² at scale. The lifecycle is: Seed → Fluid → Form → Fracture → Seed. Flow precedes form.
